• Prices listed on the Website are in Canadian dollars and are subject to applicable taxes and shipping charges, which will be added to the total price during checkout.
• wishlistcrafts.com accepts various payment methods, including credit cards and debit cards via Stripe. By providing your payment information, you authorize us to charge the specified amount for your order.
• wishlistcrafts.com will make reasonable efforts to ensure the availability and accurate description of Products. However, we do not guarantee the availability of any Product or that the descriptions, images, pricing, or other content on the Website are accurate, complete, reliable, or error-free.

SECTION 3 – SHIPPING and DELIVERY

• wishlistcrafts.com offers shipping within Canada. We ship jewelry only orders with Canada Post letter mail. This does not include tracking or insurance. Once the package has left our store, we are unable to track it. The package will take between 2 to 10 business days but we do not guarantee specific delivery dates. Canada Post makes every effort to meet these delivery standards, but they’re not guaranteed
• Risk of loss and title for Products pass to you upon our delivery to the carrier. wishlistcrafts.com is not responsible for any loss, damage, or delay during shipping.
• If a Product arrives damaged or defective, please contact us within 48 hours of receiving the shipment. We may require you to provide photographic evidence of the damage or defect.

If you are in the Edmonton area just select Local Doorstep Delivery and your order will be delivered in 1 to 3 business days.

Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.

Exchanges
The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item. The customer is responsible for all return shipping costs, unless the return is due to an error on our part (e.g., wrong item shipped or defective Product).
